Payment
I accept payment online through PayPal. If you would like to pay me using a cheque please email me through the contact form. Shipping is €4.00 per teeshirt.

Delivery
We deliver to the entire planet - if you have an address we'll send it to you .....
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible and most deliveries within Ireland and the UK will arrive within 7 days, but please allow for up to 14 days. Most orders are dispatched by standard post. You will be notified in the order confirmation email if any other delivery method is to be used. Need something sooner? Just contact me and I'll work with you to make sure you get what you need in time.

Refunds & Returns
Peigbonkers tee-shirts are individually created and inspected before shipment to avoid any defects. Each customer is entitled to a 7 day grace period to return an unworn/unopened item for a full no questions refund. We will process your refund once we have received and processed the item. Shipping costs on any non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you require a refund or exchange for any reason you must return the item in all its packaging, along with your original purchase invoice and a note explaining why you are returning the item. Returns / exchanges can take up to two weeks to process though we will always try to process them as efficiently as possible.

Rerurning tee-shirts should be packaged in a way that totally protects them – separate them from the invoice/note so that the ink doesn’t transfer. We reserve the right to appraise any damage sustained during return shipment and also to refuse items that smell or are stained or marked with makeup. We will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed in any way, dried in a dryer, or damaged in any way.

Basically, if you wear it, wash it, damage it or don't protect it properly for return - you keep it.

We will only refund delivery/postage costs if the return is a result of our error. We cannot refund an item if it is returned after the 7 day grace period.
Unwashed or unworn items may be exchanged for a different size or style if received by us within a further 14 days after the 7 day grace period has passed (total returns time of 21 days).
If an item returned is ineligible for return for reasons stated above, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs we incur to send the item back.
